The Hotel Sol Barbados offers guests a unique dining experience to enjoy, and dining with the kids is easy and relaxed at the buffet style restaurant, with its fantastic selection of salads, vegetables, fish and meat dishes, fresh fruit and delicious desserts.

The restaurant also offers show cooking along with a wonderful choice of freshly prepared pasta, cannelloni, pizzas and other dishes at the Italian Corner.

Still feeling peckish....? Well there's always a selection of sweet and savoury snacks, drinks and cocktails available to enjoy at the Lobby Bar from 10:00am to 1:00am each day too.

The "WaterLand Pool" is the new water fun zone at the Hotel Sol Barbados which features different spaces for brilliant fun for all the family, with "SplashPad" and the interactive pool with a children's games area.

For a small extra charge payable locally, high speed WiFi internet access is also available in many public areas, along with an "E-point" Internet corner.

During the summer months, alongside the numerous adult activities, the resident Sol Animation team also provide themed children's clubs, with age appropriate activities and games. Guests are advised that some activities will carry a supplementary charge payable locally.

There is nightly entertainment, either indoors or outdoors in the peak summer months, and there is also plenty for the young kids to do too, with the Baby Club for those aged 8 months to 4 years, a Mini Club for those aged 5 to 12 years old and Teen Club for the 13 to 17 year olds.
